Dedicated to the art of Japanese animation, which gained significant attention in the
1970's, primarily with the work of Osamu Tezuka, creator of such classics as Astro Boy
and Kimba the White Lion (sorry, Lion King, Simba, I mean, Kimba, came first.), as well
as Speed Racer, Star Blazers and Battle of the Planets. Later, multi-episode series
such as Dragonball Z, Yu Yu Hakusho, Outlaw Star and Neon Genesis Evangelion
garnered worldwide followings, leading to such feature films as Akira, Spirited Away
