The Assassination
of President John
F. Kennedy
On November 22, 1963, the handsome, young charismatic President of the
United States was gunned down in Dallas. For many out there, the question is
still, to this day, "Where were you when Kennedy was shot?" The event created
probably the biggest controversy in American culture, with multiple conspiracy
theories. What really happened? How should I know? I wouldn't be born for 4
and 1/2 years, but here's the info I've been able to find.

Our President
Supposedly, moments before he was
shot, President Kennedy was addressed
by Texas Governor Connelly's wife, who
said, "Mr. Kennedy, you can't say that
Dallas doesn't love you!"
In the famed Zapruder Film, President
Kennedy clutches his throat after being shot.
Many conspiracy theorists have used this film
as evidence that there were multiple shooters
JFK's widow, brother Bobby, (who
would later be assassinated
himself) and young son John Jr.
John-John was saluting his father's
body as his funeral procession
rolled past.
Lee Harvey Oswald, suspected and
convicted assassin of President Kennedy, is
assassinated himself in the basement of the
Dallas Police Station by nightclub owner
Jack Ruby. It was witnessed on national
television.
Lyndon Johnson is sworn is as President. At his side is the
ex-President's widow, still wearing the blood-spattered dress
she had on when her husband was killed. Conspiracy theorists
have named Johnson as an assassination collaborator, due to
the fact that he was from Texas, where Kennedy was killed, and
although JFK wanted to withdraw from Viet Nam, Johnson and
his businessmen friends supposedly made $1 billion off the war
by leaving our troops there.
JFK lays dead on the autopsy table, Parkland Hospital, Dallas.
How 'bout a happy picture? JFK marries the lovely
Jacqueline Bouvier. Never mind the rumours that he
slept with Marilyn Monroe - he married Jackie! Grrr!!!
